BIND partners Amazon, Google and Microsoft position their clouds for IoT data

The top three web service providers, Bind 4.0 partners Amazon Web Services, Google and Microsoft, are all focusing their offers for IoT data consumers. They believe that the growth of this type of data and the advantages of cloud computing are going to push the demand to the sky. To cover it, they are deploying more integrated big data software.

As an example of this trend, Philips has connected 7 million medical devices to Amazon Web Services (AWS). In fact, in October 2015 Amazon opened AWS IoT, a service which is specifically addressed to this type of customer, which demands a cheap service with a high volume of use. Big commpanies as BMW or Dropcam and startups such as Ayla Networks or Z#bre are also using AWS for their IoT data.
